Sarah Ormrod: Paintings, Sculptures & Drawings
Madingley Hall will be hosting an art exhibition dedicated to the works of Sarah Ormrod, gifted artist and former director of International Summer Programmes and Lifelong Learning, University of Cambridge Professional and Continuing Education.
Having joined PACE (formerly ICE, the Institute of Continuing Education) in 1987, she became director of the ISP programme in 1995. Her remit has included a wide range of specialist courses, including the ongoing Oxbridge programme. Sarah later took on responsibility for the Lifelong Learning Programme (Weekend Courses) in 2018. In her time at PACE, Sarah supported tens of thousands of continuing education students from around the world.
This art exhibition not only celebrates Sarah’s artistic endeavours, but also her significant contributions to the University of Cambridge and lifelong learning over the past 38 years.
The exhibition will be held at Madingley Hall over the Bank Holiday weekend:
Friday 1 May 12am – 6.30pm
Saturday 2 May 10am – 5.00pm
Sunday 3 May 10am – 5.00pm
Monday 4 May 12am – 4.00pm
